MainForm not displaying

Describe the bug
MainForm does not display making the controls associated with it unavailable. Happens on Win10 and Win11

To Reproduce
Run the program

Expected behavior
MainForm should be visible and additional controls such as transparency slider and the "New" buttons should be visible above the outlook display.

Additional context and log file

This happens regardless if I use the version from the website, build from source, or make my own fork and replace the MACTrackbar control with a normal Trackbar. Designer gives an error that a COM component failed and seems to be connected to assigning MainForm to "resources" and/or localization in general.
