In order to display the most up-to-date distance and avg. speed/pace values (in the event that someone is viewing an activity that is in-progress) those calculations are done each time the page is loaded. This should be moved from the server to the client.

This is done for the Google Maps implementation, just not for the Open Street Maps version.

Done for OSM as well. Pushed to dev branch.
