According to the instruction in webpage 
'http://code.google.com/p/fast-random-forest/', but I still get a failure to 
add FastRF jar to WEKA 3.6.6.

Since version 0.99, FastRF requires Weka 3.7.2 or newer; the instructions were 
updated to reflect that.
