UI側で決め打ちしてる部分があるので、 /api/v1/instance から値を取得するように変更する必要がある

8f5cf9b#diff-23928e0e12707262f42d8814325eee0cc797ce11b8ac0ced62891c084cfbf302R37 でstoreにdispatchしているので、同様にすればタイミング的にもAPIコール回数的にもよさげ
