Disable health regeneration due to eating food, having a full hunger bar, and potion effects. This effect can be toggled on and off with a command, and a player may be given a permission node to override the effect.
| /noheal [enable|disable|toggle|setmax ] | Show current plugin information. |
| noheal.bypass | Allow a player to heal as normal. |
| noheal.bypasslimit | Allows a player to have full health, bypassing the limit. |
| hoheal.toggle | Allow the player to use the /noheal command. |
