Must gracefully work with Vite (like webpack for Vue)

This issue is with the graphql package, and not in msw - so not much we can do to help:

see

• Error in the browser console when -> import { setupWorker } from 'msw' #1645
• GraphQL version >=16.7.0 throws exceptions about Unexpected string #1655

Some workarounds mentioned in those threads - such as using replace plugin to replace that string direclty
