Add secondary normal chests to the game as extra storage

MTG already has chests for us. We can allow placement of these chests near the flag(s) to put them to use as extra storage in the case of storage shortage in the teamchest.

A downside according to LV is that enemies could find these chests easily when near the flag and steal from them. I say we needn't to care. It's secondary storage and teams are supposed to put lower valued items there.

Another possible method is having upgrade slots for the teamchests. When you put some special item in the teamchest upgrade slots, they'll have more room. When the upgrades are removed, the extra items if any drop. Or another workaround might be that downgrading teamchests is not possible at all after an upgrade.
