archtec uses the following pl settings

# plantlife
bushes_bush_rarity = 99.999
pl_seaweed_max_count = 15
pl_seaweed_rarity = 33
pl_sunflowers_max_count = 10
pl_sunflowers_rarity = 25
pl_waterlilies_max_count = 20
pl_waterlilies_rarity = 33
