Status bar for overall queue

If an instructor or someone is running late, they can open the queue, and in the status bar for that queue, they could put "Running late". Students may see this and not post on Piazza whether or not office hours are happening.

If this was incorporated as an optional notification for the entire queue, I've seen EECS 280/281 have "group OH" where people with a certain problem meet in the back of a room and such. This could notify everyone in the queue to go to a certain location if they have a certain problem.
