Fix the click and pitch slide in the tuning synthesis

When we click on the histogram to synthesize the hovered frequency, the pitch slides from the previous clicked pitch. A click is also heard in the synthesis.

It's not urgent but we have to fix these at some time.

I've found a work around for this issue, which is a bug in web audio.

It sounds perfect.

In fact, I have caught myself clicking on the histogram peaks and playing the music score :)
