More usage information.

Hi, thanks for sharing this interesting project. But it would be helpful to get more usage information. E. g. can this GC be used with global or static variables/data also. From the linked paper it doesn't seem so. But how is it intended to be used then? From the example CTrie project I don't get the idea how it should be used. E.g. is it possible to use the new operator directly is there a pointer wrapper or something similar?
