Math not rendered

In http://beta.book.xogeny.com/behavior/functions/polynomial/#mathematical-definition there is some math that is not rendered.
I tried to fix it, but the code looks good (I found the same code multiple times, maybe I tried to fix it in the wrong place?).

Can you provide more specifics? Looking at the page, I found one occurrence where the math was inside a "bold" context which suppressed processing of the :math: directive. I've now fixed that. But I suspect you must be talking about something else.

I'm pretty sure the problem here is that sphinx does not like the math mode being nested inside the bold font section. I got it already fixed on my machine. Pull request coming up.
