Synology - java.net.connectexception: Operation Timed Out

I am getting the attached error. Is this firewall related? I am running Docker on my Synology 220.

Not sure how to fix.

When or where do you get this error? The server should not download anything.

I setup the container and then start it. I noticed that after 3-4 minutes that the server Stops, and then Restarts. I checked the Log in Docker and that is what it shows. That's as much as I know. This the the 3rd or 4th time I have tried to install the container and get it to work and I get this same result. I attached the exported log.

Marc, I figured out this was a firewall issue on my server and was able to resolve it by editing my firewall.
