My client has enforced Azure Active Directory - Universal with MFA authentication which prevents me from using SQLTools with the database.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable Azure Active Directory - Universal with MFA authentication method

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using Microsoft's SQL Server (mssql) extension is fine, but query history is limited to the current session. I'd like query history across sessions (which I assume SQLTools supports)
