"Select File" use native vscode file selector #1347

It would be better if the "Select File" options opened the native VSCode file selector

It is a pretty important feature for remote development, such as WSL, Devcontainers, Codespaces, remote-tunnel, or SSH

Just run into this, as we're using VS Code via the web, i.e. https://github.com/coder/code-server

The file upload browser opens instead of a way to actually find a socket on the host.
