Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No

Describe the solution you'd like
Is there a way additional fields can be added to the TDS connection settings?
I am looking to add Windows Auth based connection settings like trusted connection, domain etc

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, i have to manually edit the settings.json which is cumbersome especially for many of the non tech users.
