Show Postgresql foreign tables

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a schema populated by foreign tables. Unfortunately, these objects are not visible in the connection explorer.

A "foreign tables" section under the Schema node in the explorer tree.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, the foreign tables could be listed under the 'Tables' node, but with a visual indicator that they are foreign tables.
