Show row numbers in results grid

It would be very useful for quick reference if the output grid showed row numbers. Like this

The alternative of adding something like ROWNUMBER() into the SQL query is not quite the same because its presence and order in the result is affected by sorting and filtering, whereas the row number in the grid wouldn't be.
