How to handle partial support for participants

Hi,

I'm using MultiConnection and trying to implement a 'many-to-many' conference with 'audio+video+data+screen' session. This is working fine when participant has webcam, but throws following alert and reloads page for participants who doesn't have webcam:

It seems that you are capturing webcam and there is no device available or access is denied. Reloading...

How can I make those participant without webcam to receive video stream so that they can see initiator's screen.
