This page explains Open Constitution network's "Right to Inclusion" community consensus protocol design.

🗣️ Inclusion Right

Open Constitution provides grounds for a fundamental "Right to Inclusion".

At times members may find each other at odds. A member may feel that their community proposal did not receive enough attention from the collective intelligence.

"Each member has a right to be included in the decision making of the Open Constitution initiatives."

{% hint style="info" %} To activate "Right to Inclusion", the eligible conditions are:

  1. Member has floated a community proposal.
  2. The community proposal was NOT subscribed by the Project CWC.
  3. Community Proposal is "Inactive" and associated change request is presently "Expired".
    \ If the members feels that their community proposal did not receive a representation and then a member can activate "Right to Inclusion" at this stage. {% endhint %}

Right to Inclusion is a community consensus protocol.

This community consensus protocol is designed to activate a member or a group of member(s) right to be heard on a project's steering decision.
