Open Constitution provides grounds for a fundamental "Right to Inclusion".
At times members may find each other at odds. A member may feel that their community proposal did not receive enough attention from the collective intelligence.
"Each member has a right to be included in the decision making of the Open Constitution initiatives."
{% hint style="info" %} To activate "Right to Inclusion", the eligible conditions are:
- Member has floated a community proposal.
- The community proposal was NOT subscribed by the Project CWC.
- Community Proposal is "Inactive" and associated change request is presently "Expired".

Right to Inclusion is a community consensus protocol.
This community consensus protocol is designed to activate a member or a group of member(s) right to be heard on a project's steering decision.
