Typings Exports missing from index

Expected Behavior

importing parts of material-ui should be available from the top level folder

Current Behavior

The following list produces a typescript error ".../material-ui/index has no exported member "

InputAdornment (I believe this has already been resolved) #8959

@oliviertassinari quite new to react/javascript/material-ui/git etc. so not sure i know how to do that as I only installed material-ui through npm
