Release latest master branch as new v0.21

thanks again for this great library. The effort is much appreciated.

I was wondering if we could release the latest master branch to get some of the latest fixes. I'm especially interested into this #4638 merge to master.

Optional, is there any pre-release channel, where I could get the compiled library of master?

@quorak The pull request you are referring to has been released a long time ago, in 2016.
