Make it possible to describe what the page is about. It's similar to #417 but about the page specifically

to help with https://www.notion.so/mui-org/KPIs-1ce9658b85ce4628a2a2ed2ae74ff69c#f3c0c606c62148f1bd06784f367bd8c4. But it's not clear what this Toolpad page is about when you open it. I would like to be able to leave a description.

Relates to #754.
In the above issue, I proposed to rename from the page menu. Should we rather support inline editing for page name and description?
