Remove formatting of rows on hover on a grid with pinned columns [question]

I am trying to remove the formatting applied to a row when it is hovered over from the grid entirely. Essentially, I want no formatting at all when hovering items in the grid.

I tried applying a backgroundColor: 'inherit' style to the row class, but this doesn't stop the highlight on pinned columns.
