couldn't run on Mac M1 Monterey... so I Tried RSwitch app but failed downloading old version as I am a new to R

sudo pkgutil --forget org.r-project.R.Monterey.fw.pkg
sudo pkgutil --forget org.r-project.R.Monterey.GUI.pkg
sudo pkgutil --forget org.r-project.R.Monterey.GUI64.pkg

Sorry, this message came when I was busy teaching and I forgot to respond. Another user indicated problems installing as well. I am pasting my response to them:

Thanks for letting me know. I haven't looked at this package lately so I am not sure. There is a similar read_li6800() function in photosynthesis which you can get off CRAN. That function will read in data but not the remarks. If you don't need the remarks, then I suggest using photosynthesis.
