Version 3.2.0 doesn't declare licenses.

Subject of the issue

Running licensee finishes with error as the version doesn't include licenses.

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade to version 3.2.0, configure licensee or any other licenses validation plugin. Then run.

Expected behaviour

The build should pass, and available licenses, in this case MIT should be accepted.

Actual behaviour

The build fails as it doesn't recognise any license
