Endpoint as a single page for method documentation

Request for change of main navigation user flow.

Method view is to be always in a context of the endpoint. When method is invoked from the navigation the console renders endpoint view and scrolls into selected method.

Navigation events stays the same. This will be recognized by api-documentation panel and handled properly by api-endpoint-documentation component.

• Handle method selection by scrolling documentation into view advanced-rest-client/api-endpoint-documentation#1
• Remove support for separate view of HTTP method documentation advanced-rest-client/api-documentation#1

This is going to be rolled out as an optional layout configurable via component attributes.
We are planning user testing to decide whether single or multiple pages is a better experience.
