Have you contacted the Support Team already?

  • I have attempted already, but to no avail, or they pointed me here.

What are the issues you need support with?

Your domain is blocked in my country for providing VPN services, can you make an alternative link to your DNS servers with encryption?

Additional Information

The server ip address 193.138.218.74 is not blocked, but to install a link to servers with encryption you need a domain, and your main domain is blocked

Hi.

Just to start with; the IP address that you are using has been discontinued and is only around because of "backwards compatibility". Please migrate to use the hostnames / IP addresses here: https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls

Because it's only the domain that is blocked from resolving, a workaround is to add the hostname that you are connecting to, to your hosts file. This will ensure that the hostname is resolved locally and not by the server that is currently blocking it.

We currently don't have an alternate domain but it's something I'll bring with me as a suggestion.

Cheers.
