It's a project aiming at lend itself as a baseground from which a system which allows one to monitor car's license plate from life traffic camera feeds. With the recorded license plate the system should be able to perform a host of processing actions, such as: 1- Retrieve pending ticket status on the license plate 2- Car status, like: 2.1-Stollen Warnings 2.2-Insurance status 2.3-Periodic Inspection Validity 2.4-Speed limits
