If you are doing that can you please include the other PHC finalists with special mentions?
But another issue is how will you store the parameters inside multihash?

I think that parameters wouldn't be a part of multihash at all.

Argon2, like many other PHC finalists with special recognition, BCrypt and SCrypt, has many parameters.
Multihash should at best accept one parameter for hash length (BLAKE2, Skein).
