This issue is similar to #488, its impossible to make a ped/player jump when he is performing an animation or when he is aiming with his weapon (for example). Since most animations seem to be impossible to interrupt (even with "interruptable" set to true), you have to stop the animation and then use a hacky control state in the next frame to make a player jump.
Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to "setPedDucked" i would like to see "setPedJumping" or something else. This function should automatically cancel everything the player is doing and perform a jump (if possible, the function can (maybe?) not work when the player is falling in the air).
