Describe the bug

"Ask to join" button stays after disconnecting from a server that uses setPlayerDiscordJoinParams

To reproduce

  1. Connect to server
  2. run setPlayerDiscordJoinParams(me, "secret", "id", 3, 32)
  3. Observe your Discord presence showing the "Ask to join" button, and the fact your in a server
  4. Disconnect from server
  5. Observe your Discord presence showing the "Ask to join" button, as well as it saying "In Main Menu"

Expected behaviour

Party info should go away after disconnecting from the server.

Additional context

Because it doesn't go away after you disconnect, it carries on when you connect to another server
