Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, right now sometimes its hard to tell if MTA sounds are initialized in the right way according to
Issue #1146

Describe the solution you'd like
Just a simple button in options under the sounds with 'Test sound' label that will test if MTA Sounds are played correctly.
