Throttle and Roll is the only thing connected

I have the problem of which my baseflight configurator is reading from my serial receiver the throttle and the roll movements only without the pitch and yaw. I want to adjust the gains and the sensors and I can't since the pitch and yaw are at fault, or it seems to me that the configurator is at fault because I tried the Naze32 and the serial receiver with a different laptop and it did work perfectly.
