System Status page doesn't display PHP information #560

As discussed with bochoven, reporting PHP info not displaying.

Possible causes:
It has to do with the cli.prompt string that has double backslashes
Might even be a json parsing bug on php

System is Ubuntu Server 16.04 running on Apache2, php7.0

This should be fixed in the latest wip, please confirm
