Describe the issue

Reporting rates in EUR, USD, etc in select currency should use five decimals after the decimal separator, not just two.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

  1. Open in the Qt wallet and select currency via the (i) button next to the balance. Then see the overview of rates in EUR, USD, etc. to select from.

Expected behaviour

Should see five decimals after the decimal separator for rates.

Actual behaviour

See only two decimals, now some rates are displayed as 0.00 or 0.01
