Clarify "WHIP Endpoint URL" and the "WHIP Resource URL". #10

It was not clear to that there are two URLs, the "WHIP Endpoint URL" and the "WHIP Resource URL".

Perhaps the fact that there are two distinct URLs could be stated in Section 3?
