[MU4 Issue] VST chord symbol playback with common notes doesn't repeat non-common notes

Describe the bug
When using chord symbols and a VST (I've tested ROLI Equator 2 and Tracktion Collective), notes played back successfully in one chord do not play back in the next chord sequentially.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new score
2. Add any instrument
3. Add chord symbols with common notes, e.g. C Am F
4. In the mixer, set the playback engine to a VST synthesiser
5. Play the chords back

Expected behavior
All notes in chord are sent to the VST.

Actual behaviour
Only non-common notes are played in each subsequent chord.

For future reference, when observing VST piano displays, the keys are never lifted.
