[MU4 Issue] Header and Footer Entry dialog does not open on double click

Describe the bug
In MU3 the Header and Footer entry dialog opens when you double click on the header or footer elements, or by menu-format-style-header/footer.

In MU4 only the menu options works - perhaps the double click is a feature that has been taken out? My system suffers from the issue that the style dialog takes >5 seconds to open which may be related- see:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create header or footer, or it should just work on default "2"of second page in new document
2. Double click on header or footer element
3. wait.
4. nothing happens

Expected behavior
Header/footer entry dialog should open

I can confirm this, but while I don't think it deliberately disabled, I think it is about to be. See #13535 - it isn't intended that page numbers should be selectable and that leads to problems. If it's possible to fix that somehow still allow double-click, great, but I suspect that fixing thie issue where they are selectable will also make it impossible to double-click them.

OK I will leave this behaviour out of the doc page for header/footer until it is resolved (don't think it's mentioned in the MU3 manual). I hope it doesn't go as I use it all the time.

Maybe it would have been better to leave the inspector blank
when a page number is selected, rather than disabling selection...

Ultimately a better solution is wanted indeed, But disabling selection is the quick and easy fix to not delay 4.0 any more than it already is.

Time is money... Then again, this program looks so good to me: According to my glance into the crystal ball, MU4 won't be released as official beta until April 01. 2023.

After writing the man page for header and footer yesterday I changed my mind. The ability to quickly and easily change the typeface and font of the left/middle/right fields is better than having the quick access double click (if it's one or the other). Unfortunately the text itself is not editable in properties (like it is for e.g. a text line). If it were you might only need to open from the menu once per project to create something in the fields.
