Starting playback in the middle of a tied note should play the note

Your idea

Play notes that are tied since before the current selection as if they started a the cursor position. Currently those notes are not played.
This feature is called MIDI note chasing and is implemented in many software.

Problem to be solved

In the following example, playing the selection will not play anything for the first instrument, because there has a tied note that started before the selection. This makes it complicated to listen for score excerpts with long note.
