Bug description

cresc. and dim. text "hairpins" are too far from the stave by default (either above or below). They seem to be inheriting a 4sp offset from somewhere but I can't work out where. In any case, they should have the same default vertical position as normal hairpins, dynamics, and expression text (2.5sp).

Update: only happens when creating a score via instrument choice (scores created from templates get the 'right' setting).
