Bug description

Accents over slash heads with stem up are off-centered

They were centered in 4.0.2
They are not in 4.1 master

Steps to reproduce

Create a score with marching bass drums
Add a unison note (slash note head)
Add an accent
Flip the accent (x)

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

Additional context

Can also be created by changing any notehead to slash with stem up and adding accent over it.
