Extend the tuplet bracket to the whole metrical duration of the tuplet, irrespective of the duration of the notes in it.
Problem to be solved
In tuplets ending with a long note (like eight note-quarter note in an eight-note tuplet), MuseScore currently extends the bracket only to the last written note. This is an old convention that has been long deprecated in favor of the more consistent practice of extending the bracket to the real metrical duration of the tuplet. This is easier to read and less confusing in case of simultaneous tuplets in different parts.

Hi, I have a working version of this, my only questions remain with the design: Should this be a properties option, style option, both, or something else entirely?
Style option first and foremost. There are bound to be cases where you'll want to override it for specific cases so it should probably be in properties too (I imagine we'll need some tasty icons).
