Allow cut/copy/paste of frames

Your idea

Allow cut/copy/paste of frames, with all their contents, to a different place in the score.

Problem to be solved

At present, frames can be selected, and right-clicking shows a menu with Cut, Copy, and Paste entries, but while Cut does seem to remove the frame in some cases, Paste certainly doesn't insert a new frame with the same contents.
