Engraving bug (incorrect score rendering)

Bug description

No response

Steps to reproduce

  1. blank score with two instruments
  2. enable "Hide empty staves within systems" in Style -> Score
  3. add system break to first measure
  4. on the bottom staff, insert a line spanning the entire first measure

The bottom staff is then unhidden in the second system.

occurs with:

  • normal lines
  • ottavas
  • pedals
  • trills and other line ornaments
  • text lines including let ring and palm mute

Stems from https://musescore.org/en/node/358122 and had apparently been caused by my #19679
