Your idea

I suggest creating the solo text in the palette, which allows a particular instrument to sound louder than other instruments
I suggest the following notation options.

  1. To designate individual notes or phrases as the principal line, Schoenberg’s Hauptstimme (principal voice) sign H may be placed directly above the notes to enclose the prominent material. A secondary voice, Nebenstimme, is notated as N . These signs are so commonly used that they require no further explanation:
    Снимок экрана (160)
  2. Alternatively, square brackets alone may enclose such material, as long as their function is explained in a preface (or staff text above/below):
    Снимок экрана (159)
  3. Text solo / sola / soli / sole (depending on gender (feminine or masculine) and number (singular or plural)) above the staff with an invisible line covering a certain passage:
    Снимок экрана (161)
At the same time, feminine instruments (viola, trumpet, tuba, harp, celesta) should be marked as sola (singular) or sole (plural), and all others as solo (singular) or soli (plural).
I recommend implementing methods 1 and 2 in the form of the following line:
    Снимок экрана (162)
At the same time, the user should be able to change the style of this line in any of the three ways listed above.

Problem to be solved

There are times in the orchestra score when there is an inscription solo above a particular instrument. This means that the instrument should stand out from the rest in sound, that is, it should sound louder than the rest, and the rest should be modeled so as to sound quieter.

I endorse your request for the option to "feature" a particular instrument and make it stand out. People instinctively rely on volume for that effect, so I endorse that as an affect, and it's something we can expect when MuseScore 4 adds automation. And while volume can help and instrument stand out, setting a negative delay (or "Prelay") of 6 to 40 milliseconds can be even more effective.

When an instrument moves into that temporal position the secret is to keep other musicians from following.

Agree that it would be helpful to attach a "solo" text instruction and hear a solo (as opp. sectional) sound play back.
Not sure though about defaulting the same sound to a louder volume. This will need further consideration.

Also it is possible to add a "change instrument" mark, change it to read "solo" and then adjust its volume in the mixer. Would this achieve what you're looking for?

Also it is possible to add a "change instrument" mark, change it to read "solo" and then adjust its volume in the mixer. Would this achieve what you're looking for?

I tried, but according to this logic, the same instrument should appear in the mixer, only in parentheses. This tool does not appear there. For example, if I add the mark "change instrument" to the same instrument, only after adding "SOLO", this instrument will not appear in the mixer, since the program will consider that it is the same instrument, and solo or not solo — this does not bother the program at the moment.

In the screenshot, I gave an example not with a "Solo" instrument, but with a flute, only an "ethnic" one. I add the mark "Change instrument" to "flute 3", select the same flute from the list of instruments offered to me, but I enter "Ethnic flute" in the name of the part. In the mixer, this "ethnic flute" (in parentheses) should appear between "flute 3" and "oboe 1". But it's not there.
By the way, I think the problem is that the names of the parts of the instrument differ from the names in the mixer and in the "manage parts". For example, I want to enter the name of the instrument "Trumpets 1, 2" in the properties of the staff/part, but the names in the mixer do not change. Then, when I want to divide the score into parts, in the parts where there should be "Trumpets 1, 2" and "Trumpets 3, 4", it will be written "Trumpets in Bb 1" and "Trumpets in Bb 2", respectively. This is wrong. We need to fix this as well.

If it's not a section instrument, then indeed, you won't get a new channel when changing to a solo instrument. But you will if you switch from violins (plural) to violin (singular). If you're really just thinking about putting "solo" on a part that was already a solo instrument, I am not sure I'd really expect it to get louder without also writing in a correspondingly louder dynamic, but a separate mixer channel to enable you to have independent control could be a good thing to give you the option of fiddling with the sound separately.

In general, it's a great thing that the mixer no longer gets polluted with tons of extra channels when flipping back and forth between instruments. But, it would be useful to be able to force the new channel.
