Musehub uninstalled all my musesounds and wont reinstall them

Bug description

Had just saved a track with the new beta musehub sounds, when I opened another track, there was no option for musesounds, they had all been deleted in that short time between switching scores. Went to reinstall them, but it stays stuck on that spinning circle infinitely (and tried automatically downloading/updating audacity despite me not asking it to) Closest I've gotten to an answer is "muse background service not running", but I can't make sense of it

Steps to reproduce

1. Add several of the sound flags into a full orchestra score
2. save it as a WAV file
3. close and go to a different score
4. muse sounds gone
5. go to musehub
6. try to re-download sounds
7. will remain stuck on loading forever
