On a non-pitched percussion instrument, if you increase the duration of a note to make a tied note, the new note might not follow the expected stem direction.
Steps to reproduce
Make a score for drumset
Write a HiHat note on beat 4 of a bar
Make it a half-note value (so a tied note appears on the next bar)
The new note will be stem down, when it is expected to be stem up.
