Describe the bug
A short and clear description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Workspaces window
  2. Navigate to Create new workspace button and hit Return - Voice Over focus stays in Workspaces window
Create.new.workspace.on.Mac.mp4

Desktop:
Voice Over, Mac11.3.1, M1 laptop

Confirmed. The keyboard navigation works but the narrator does not describe anything you move the focus too, which means that blind users will have no idea what is going on.
