- fix coverart on tracks
- if ID3 tags are changed by user, force overwrite of info in db
- optimize file deletions
- fix musicbrainz albumartistid parse from id3 tags
- make platlist parsing more robust
- require track duration
files not part of file provider can be used with the generic url provider
